It all Started With a Stamp
The Park Hoppin' Party takes a real live California Adventure, as we join our good friend Ron Dias in beautiful Oakhurst to hear his amazing story. And yes, as the episode title says, it all started with a stamp. A true fairy tale about a young man who achieved his dream of helping to create Disney animation magic.
From Sleeping Beauty to Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Ron has lent his talents to many films, animated TV series and now commerative Disney art for fans and collectors. He is also a mentor to young animators and has been named the Monterey County Film Commission's 2010 Lifetime Champion of the Arts. You'll love this guy...and, as you'll see, the mosquitos love him too...

Gurr-eat Moments with Mr. Lincoln: An Imagineers's Pilgrimage
February is the month when we Americans celebrate Presidents. And what better backdrop is there to do so than Disneyland, USA. In Walt Disney’s classic opening day speech, he said, “Here age relives fond memories of the past...and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams and the hard facts that have created America”. Because Walt was so patriotic, we received a treasure at the park in July 1965: Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln. This show embodies the inspiration and hope for the future Walt described.
Now, Mr. Lincoln has returned to the Main Street Opera House and is better than ever! In this episode, we’re proud to feature this return as seen through the eyes of one of the original Imagineers, Bob Gurr, who helped Walt realize his vision. You’ll see the exclusive media event hosted by Tony Baxter & Scott Trowbridge from Walt Disney Imagineering. And after the show, a historic discussion featuring Bob Gurr and Josh Shipley, WDI’s Show Director for this latest incarnation of the attraction.
So sit back, as the skills of the sculptor and the talents of the artist once again let us relive Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.

Season's GURR-eetings: Christmastime with Bobby Gurr
Keep the warmth and wonder of the Holiday Season going all year long with this very special episode. It all started when we met Disney Legend and Imagineer Bob Gurr earlier this year. Besides his many Disneyland creations, like the Monorail and Animatronic body for Mr. Lincoln, Mr.Gurr (or Bobby as we dare to call him) is also famous for his Monorail Martini. He had obviously enjoyed one just before meeting up with us, and foolishly invited us to his house.
This is a rare treat for us and you to get the nickel tour of Bob's vast southern California estate, hear what Christmas with Walt Disney was like at WED Enterprises in the Fifties- even a festive cooking segment with The Galloping GURR-met!

Halloween Time at the DLR
Spring cleaning. Everybody’s favorite. But for us Disney fans, sometimes the aforementioned organizational activity can result in finding hidden treasures.
Case in point...As Electric Mic & Kiltboy rummaged through their haunted attic, they came across the lost Episode 6 from last Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort! Just when the scare had all but worn off, here are all the sights and sounds of Halloween fun at the DLR for you to enjoy.
Joined by members of their Park Hoppin’ Party Posse (The P.H.P.P.), the boys bring you eerie adventures from Haunted Mansion Holiday, Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, the incredible new Halloween Screams Fireworks Spooktacular, even musical performances by the Dapper Dans and Firehouse Five.
Then they foolishly turn the show over to the Kimballs from Duluth for Mickey’s Trick or Treat Party. Be afraid. Be VERY afraid. And for the final nail in the coffin of creepy comicality, Electric wrote a fun new song called Spooky Park Hoppin’ Party. We hope you enjoy our lost treasure!

Tinker Bell Talks
The party is on the move this time, as Kiltboy travels to Glendale for a memorable conversation with Margaret Kerry. Between 1951 and 1953, Margaret was an important part of Walt's movie making process as the reference model for Tinker Bell in Peter Pan. Margaret describes working with legendary Disney animator Marc Davis, puts to rest the myth that Marilyn Monroe modeled for the character, tells us about the new Tinker Bell movie and much more. You'll love meeting this fascinating lady! Margaret also invites you to visit her website at TinkerBellTalks.com

Westfest '08
Join us on our maiden voyage to Podcastland. We had a great time in May at Disneyland Resort meeting up with members of the Disney Podcast Network (DPN) at Westfest ’08. This episode features an interview with “Mr. Electrical Parade”, Phil Stayton. Then, not knowing any better, Phil turned his camera on us…BIG MISTAKE!
Then, we’re off to Frontierland to ride the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. We wrap up this first episode by enjoying a Dole Whip on Walt’s Enchanted Tiki Room Lanai before catching the show for a sing-along...
